Moshe was born on Mars, and spent much of his early life kicking around the Milky Way galaxy with odd friends and companions, picking up the unique skills he was to use so effectively in later life. Returning to Mars, he joined the Martian Government as an Assassin and swiftly rose to the top of his profession. He was stranded here on Earth in 1979 (Earth year) along with the rest of the top leaders during the famous "Bagel Incident." He is now Assassin of the Martian Government-in-Exile. All inquires regarding ordinary business should be directed to the Consul General, Mike Lovellette. All inquiries regarding security should be directed to Moshe.
